    A lot of people seem to think this is some kind of case-invalidator or something. Here is what happens when Miranda Rights aren’t read: the defence files a “Motion to Suppress” in hopes of removing evidence obtained by improper procedures, usually statements made during interrogation but in this special case the gun, the cash, etc. Then, the Jury is asked to ignore any such evidence. The judge does not have to comply with any such requests, nor would it invalidate any other evidence such as the bullet casings, the files on Luigi’s computer and 3D printer, etc.

    Luigi’s got no chance.
