What is a real conservatives? My first vote was first Reagan term and it was very clear that the conservatives did not want to include any voices outside their own. Was the last real conservatives Eisenhauer? He helped normalize fudemtalist Christians in the White House.
Yeah, it is by default that conservatives don’t want to include other voices. Old school liberals are bit better, progressives even but more. But all those has the basic subconscious (or even conscious) belief that their and only their values are the only one true, and all other people are wrong, even evil. But nevertheless, all those values must be (somehow) included in order for society to work. I suggest to read a bit about first tier levels in Integral theory or Spiral Dynamics.
