    An independent democracy who choices its fate at the voting polls every year in November…… surely they won’t suffer for their actions! Yes it’s unfair to judge a country by their civic action over the last 100 years.

      My only response to your asinine insulation of the degree of culpability for the state of the U.S.‘s government and ruling class’ political hubris on the entirety of 330+ million citizens is to start by analyzing the voting results of all of our elections for the said past 100 years, look up the definition of “gerrymandering”, and the precedent set in Citizens United vs. FEC.

      Maybe if people do that, it’ll seem rightly ridiculous to think that 1/3 of a billion people’s political opinions are all the same.
