This discussion is about the legality of protests. Who cares if the location makes sense to you or not? Protesting near religious institutions is a legal right (for now).

Undoing a last-minute order from the previous mayor is something. But if that is all then he is basically part of the ratchet mechanism. People were expecting actual impactful changes not 100 steps backward under the previous administrations and a single step forward.
