Last year, people in the U.S. made an estimated $4.7 billion selling their plasma. Donation centers are popping up in middle-class neighborhoods, including suburban strip malls and college towns.


Well, yeah. Textbooks and weed ain’t free. Plus they give you some food afterwards to get past the crash. All you have to do is let a machine extract some of your essence to be used for medical testing. You’ll barely miss it.
And be stabbed by the worst phlebotomist ever. I’m still scarred from selling plasma shortly after college. Still glad I did, but it has made my non dominant elbow non viable for blood draws and ivs
