Dispatch records and a police report obtained by OPB describe the previously unreported incident last fall.

I have to quote St Carlin

“Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.”

Well, fuck me. People think they’re clever with that line outside of reddit too.

I don’t think people think they’re being “clever” when they reference that quote

Yah and just like Reddit, Lemme also has folks like you who must quip the obvious to feel smart.

Snark doesn’t carry online the way you want it to.

Wow, it’s rare to see proof of a statement in the very next comment.

Getting tired of cliche comments means you’re stupid now?

            It’s a Carlin quote, not a “cliche.”

It just give me a point of clarity in a crazy world. When people are being daft I just like to remember, probablity wise, I’m probably verbally fighting with a moron and morons are good at being dumb.

They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

Probability wise, stupidity is not necessarily a normal distribution.

Mods may use discretion to pre-approve videos or press releases from highly credible sources that provide unique, newsworthy content not available or possible in another format.

7. No duplicate posts.

If an article has already been posted, it will be removed. Different articles reporting on the same subject are permitted. If the post that matches your post is very old, we refer you to rule 5.

8. Misinformation is prohibited.
