5 billion? It should be their entire revenue since the first time one of their sales reps lied about the addiction potential. The fines should pierce the corporate veil. Everyone who has ever been an executive or board member should be in prison for the rest of their miserable lives. The entire company should be liquidated and all their patents rescinded.
