My best friend got multiple myeloma at 38 and I have had endometriosis and incurable interstitial cystitis for nearly 20 years, which if you go to a doctor they just tell you you’re insane have these torture methods with no anesthetics for “diagnosis” but there’s no cure so good luck anyway.
I’ll probably die by suicide before 60 rather than become homeless due to being unable to work from pain. I’m not sure my best friend will make it that far either. I don’t really see a point to putting money into a 401k instead of bonds since I might have to live off that money sooner than expected…
