Lots of democrats are controlled oppo, and the basic structure of US government has been hijacked by private interests masquerading as a duopoly, but I still think some genuine people get involved with their party, and in enough numbers they could have turned the tide.

I just think it’s too little, too late. Much too late, now. I’d still vote for a Dem president, but only to ensure my good standing as a justified complainer.
