        How does gerrymandering in Oklahoma, and why is this not gerrymandering?

          Gerrymandering is a concept based upon controlling the voter base through unfair or targeted groupings, districts, etc… For a Statewide vote that’s not a factor. The entire State votes, there are no districts.

          It’s a popular vote. How are you gonna gerrymander that? It’s one person one vote. There may be other voting suppression going on but definitely not gerrymandering.

      it is a little bit of both… dum dums are created… stupidity is a choice and so are habits… I was once a dum dum… well still a little but yeah no war but the class war.
