No, the courts will immediately throw it out.

It sounds like you’ve never gotten free food from stores. What happens is you go there when they’re closed. You knock on the door, and they bring it out to you.

Sometimes they ask you for your IRS letter showing your org’s nonprofit status.

I highly recommend volunteering for your local food not bombs chapter. You’ll learn a lot, and you’ll meet great people
