The only thing I found is that you need to install a video player, an image viewer and other minor things that don’t get included on the OS.
Upside is you don’t get all the normal windows bloatware, and you choose when to update not the computer shutting down for an update when it feels like it.
I only moved off 7 about 18 months ago. Check out W10 LTSC IoT It’s much nicer than regular W10 and it’s supported until 2032
