Nah there’s definitely people that don’t mind trans people.at all but are uncomfortable with someone who was born a man playing in women’s sports. He’s not appealing to the hard right, he’s appealing to the middle ground people that live in a very conservative state. I am not saying I would do the same, but I get it.
I live in that very conservative state and foolishly thought that we finally had a candidate that didn’t give bigots’ framing surrounding vulnerable minorities credence.
