Protest against the Omarchy/Omacom Foundation and the tech companies and executives funding far-right open source.
I’m building a bunch of dotfiles with a meta package to replace this shit if people really want it.
It’s an alternative, for people who find it cool but don’t want to support tech bros. Built by hand, in the EU, with local LLMs instead of cloud based slopcoin generators.
How should I call my “''distro”"?
Regolith Desktop has some similiar ideas and is based on Sway.
Its native to Ubuntu— support on Arch could be improved.
thanks, maybe I can use that. Thought about using Polonium for now, but I’m sure I can integrate multiple options. After all, it’ll be just a bunch of dotfiles and (meta-)packages.
