

I’ve been following sea ice extent for a long time and the number one thing I’ve learned is to not get caught up by any given blip. Sea ice is a complex, slow moving system, so any wobble on the line in a given year is basically meaningless. Look at the year to year and decade to decade trends.



If you’re specifically looking for OpenRC, I’d go with either Devuan or Gentoo, probably Devuan as I’m a Debian-by-default sort of person.
