I’m pretty broke all the time, i absolutely know where all of it’s going:

1. bills
2. groceries
3. paying off debts from my young and dumb days.

6 more months and i get to have a clothing and sundries budget again

Honestly, comparing my finances to most of the people who have complained to me in person about living “paycheck to paycheck” the majority of people are trying to live middle class on working class incomes. I was guilty of it too, lifestyle creep happened.

I shake my head every time I see people overspending on consumer bullshit while complaining about cost of living like their $20/day for energy drinks is reasonable.

As if tear gas is the only gas they’re using.

I’ve seen white, orange, and green gases in various videos.

A responsive community watch is what’s needed, sadly i know personally how much people’s bystander effect kicks in if you’re not in their tribe.

Democrats are controlled opposition who didn’t want to win so they can pretend they’re not complicit. The system churns away broken, working as intended.

I can’t even do the mental gymnastics what they were thinking beyond I’m “white” (I identify as Rainbow People™) so i must agree with their racism.

Trying to talk about trans issues beyond pronouns with any of them was met with uncomfortable silence, nervous laughter, or nonsequiters; so i don’t know how I expected better from them.

One of the other comments here joked about a gofundme. Should there be or is there some crowdfunding service to help fund the general strike?

I’ve spent years screaming into the void, trying to wake people up, feeling like Cassandra. After the election I had way too many people try to console me with “at least they’re gonna go after the immigrants now”

I don’t know what to do now but all I see is no quick solution. I think the hard way won’t result in the change needed and is only part of the accelerationism that got us here. We should all be doing what we can to set up for the longer haul.

Conservativism requires repression and conformity. Repression and conformity cause people to develop paraphilias and unhealthy coping mechanisms.

They lash out and abuse anyone who dares not conform, they hurt people who cause them to have thought crimes.

Every one of them is an abuser.
