I agree. We would need some sort of cap in raising prices, especially rent, by whatever the ubi would be.

Paraphrasing a post I read on here about the gay community during the stonewall riots/aids era:

We would mourn our dead in the mornings, march for our rights in the afternoon, and party through the night. And thank God we did continue to party because that is what kept us going.
