I was laid off in October. 4 years experience as a software QA and I have only had one positive response to hundreds of applications. That also fizzled out pretty quickly.

The pool of candidates I’m competing with feels insurmountable

Terrible and avoidable. I always feel bad for the people that are indoctrinated by the Mormons because joining their cult doesn’t protect you from their racist hate. Plus this state will give anyone over 18 a gun so one unstable person can freely do shit like this.
