19 days agoYou arrest them, hold them until their pretrial release hearing, and depending on that, keep them in custody or release them (possibly with them posting bail) until their trial, just like anyone else.

They do exist. They’re called boutique hotels now. There aren’t a lot, and some of them tend to be pretty expensive. But they’re out there.
