Yeah the whole reason we can’t account for it according to the wimp theory is that it doesn’t really interact with the EM force much so it would be impossible to see and kind of pass right through you even if you ran into it. When everything you use to see the universe both big and small is mediated by EM, completely missing something isn’t that surprising. More ghost matter than dark, really.
This case is an interesting one because other public broadcasters were happy to take NPR’s share in this pie. Not everyone’s happy about NPR being the premier distributor. Not really covered in this article though NPR has previously been more balanced on why folks were quick to jump with the administration on this to form that consortium.

I don’t agree. The prices will rise across the board no matter where you site the memory or if it’s in a gaming computer or otherwise. Renting will always be more expensive than owning because competitors must recoup the capital cost of buying and make margin at the same time.
