

I don’t know. That’s harder, and I feel like a lot of negativity can build up in a terminally online state, because that is what most sites are programmed to push.
I would strongly recommend finding ways to stretch your comfort zone, to involve getting out more, but I don’t know what limitations you’re working with.
You could potentially look for mutual aide groups, as they seem to have ways of helping from wherever you’re at, and that may be a way to start. Especially if its a more local organization, it could eventually lead to a more in person presence down the road if you get to where your comfortable with the idea.

Any product created by a company that has demonstrated evil intent should be considered evil, even if there are legitimate valid uses. You have to trust not only the person using it, but also the company that controls what the device can/will do with or without the users constent.
