The way he’s lit in that photo makes him look like a cardboard cutout.
Weird. Didn’t see that until I zoomed in
The camera with a light directly behind him doesn’t help too much
Yeah the rim lighting effect on his hair makes it look like a poor job cutting out the standee.
We were all issued cardboard Mamdanis at the inauguration. I use it to scare my MAGA neighbors. I hope they move.

Is that mold or just really dirty? Either way, I feel a lot better about the state of my kitchen now.
I think it’s grime from well over a decade of cooking oil splattering to the side, only occasionally getting wiped down as it collected dust and became discolored
When my grandmother passed away and we went to clean up her house her oven and the area surrounding it looked exactly like that because she also kept a deep fryer there. It was a pain in the ass to clean up.
I believe it’s rust. You can tell from how clean the stovetop is. Same for the bathtub in the video
It doesn’t look like rust. There isn’t any chipped paint or anything to indicate that it’s painted steel on the wall. To me it looks like only the stove top has been cleaned.
Also see the handles top left. Only clean where someones touching them when opening.
IMHO those are layers of hot oil. We get this on the oven fan, if we don’t clean it every half year or so.
Thats not rust man lmao, its from cooking
Yes.
Realistically it’s probably mostly grease/other food particles and grossness built up over time.
My guy is looking tired already. 🥺 Take care, 'dani. 👊

You might try going back to middle school for reading comprehension, instead of trying to stir up trouble. What you linked specifically directs the police commissioner and law guidance to review the existing laws regarding protests at “houses of worship, reproductive health facilities, private houses and other sites”; current restraints on policing protests; and evaluating proposed regulations regarding protests near houses of worship.
The review includes reviewing laws, restraints and proposed regulations on establishing protest-free zones at entrances to houses of worship, or zones outside houses of worship where protests are allowed; reviewing laws, restraints and proposed regulations on restricting protests during public services; and reviewing laws, restraints and proposed regulations about restrictions during non-religious activities.
None of this is about “he’s just made it illegal to protest outside synagogues selling stolen Palestinian land”. It’s going over the books to find out what the laws and restraints actually are (as opposed to however prior administrations and the NYPD have chosen to interpret them), seeing if there’s a different way to interpret those laws and restraints; and going through current proposals to see if they want to have NYC continue to push those proposals through.
Go back to catturd, Dogbert.

People in New York have been protesting Israel’s actions for a couple years now - and getting arrested for it, losing their degrees, worked from university, kicked out of the country, some went to jail. Yet somehow Mamdani checking the actual wording on the laws vs how they’re currently being applied is going to be bad? No. Absolutely the only reason you’re posting this bullshit is because he’s a progressive, and you’re trying to stir up shit.

I’m just going to copy over my exact same reply, from where you posted this exact same bullshit in the other thread:
You are being deliberately misleading. The article says she upholds the right to protest:
“the right to say those things is protected by the First Amendment, and the NYPD must uphold that right.”
And apologizes that it was difficult for people to get into and out of the building:
“Our other job that night was to ensure that people could easily enter and leave shul. That is where we fell short. And for that, I apologize to this congregation.”
Funny how you talked about pro palestinians getting arrested for protesting land theft and genocide and when the other user mentionned that it happened under Tisch, you are like whatever I will believe her justifications and excuses
