      There’s no way Canada and US are that close. And every other website has Canada high. There’s something wrong going on with Numbero

        And the Netherlands is 3rd??? The doctors are horrid. The system is horrid. The insurances are so expensive. People go to Belgium and Germany for doctor visits. I remember a couple of Indian lads going all the all the way to India.
