1/3 primaries being bunk is not the W you think it is. I don’t know why you keep thinking it makes your cause look good. It makes your horseshit liberal electoral politics even more silly , which is actually impressive.

It’s almost like there was something wildly unusual about the last candidate… Oh right, usually a candidate doesn’t drop out right before the election.

      Goodness gracious.

If that were an isolated incident, you might have a point. It’s part of a pattern of behavior in which the party interferes in its own primaries in favor of centrist candidates over progressive candidates.

The party didn’t need to have its pledged superdelegates announce ahead of time that they were voting for Clinton. The party didn’t need to pass debate questions to Clinton. The party didn’t need to protect Henry Cuellar from a progressive challenger while failing to protect Cori Bush and Jamaal Bowman. The party didn’t need to oust David Hogg for getting new candidates involved in politics. The party didn’t need to sue as many candidates as it could off the ballot in 2024 so that Biden was the only name that appeared on the ballot in all 50 states. And the party didn’t need to make an endorsement in the primary for Maine’s second district. But it did.

Blaming progressives for the results of a system that is deliberately manipulated to favor their opponents is just gloating.

There are almost never primaries for a successful President. In a wild, last minute situation…

So the party sued people off the ballots when it didn’t need to.
