A 25-year-old Spokane man is facing a felony assault charge after police say he damaged a transgender man’s South Hill home and then attacked him with a hatchet, fracturing his skull.

Wolfe and his fiancée, who witnessed the alleged assault, believe the attack was related to Wolfe being transgender, according to court documents.

    Then why did you start an argument by straw-manning me?
