      The vast majority of people don’t know that or couldn’t care less about it, who’s behind it isn’t even a thing worthy of thought for many. It’s sad and sucks but it’s the truth.

      I had the sense that the general consensus in the inner tech circles is that Brave is bad and Firefox is good.

      Its the outer ring of the tech circles still privvy to Brave.

      More interesting example: people use Firefox despite Google being main donator. I know it’s more complicated, but yeah, Mozilla wouldn’t survive otherwise.

      Yeah but is it a reason not to do anything? Some people don’t care, some are unaware. For the last ones we should keep pushing for making tech landscape a betted place for everyone
